The fastest way to see how Answers will perform on your content is to request a sandbox. (It’s free and the request goes straight to our engineering team.) Once you submit your request, a sandbox will be built from a subset of your publicly available content (usually about 3 months worth of content but possibly more to ensure there’s enough data for the system to work with). If our team is unable to generate a suitable sandbox for testing (e.g. content behind a paywall), our product team will reach out to determine how to move forward.
If you like what you see in the sandbox, you can request more data to be added to your sandbox. Since each brand has different needs and requirements, the out-of-the-box behavior will likely not meet all of your usage scenarios at the outset. There is usually some degree of finetuning that needs to be done to get it ready for live deployment on your website.
Where can I get an API key?
If you are new to Miso, API keys are currently available only to our customers. The free sandbox is the best and quickest way to see if Answers is right for your website.
If you are a current Miso customer, you can find your API keys in Dojo.
