Chat History — API Configuration

Choose how many threads the list loads at a time, and which articles the answers can cite.

Chat History has a workflow for each panel. client.ui.history is the list of threads, and client.ui.conversation is the thread the reader has open. Each takes its own useApi.

Number of threads

rows sets how many threads each request for the list returns. The default is 100, and the maximum is 200. When the reader scrolls to the end of the list, the next request loads the next page.

Call it before workflow.start(), which loads the first page.

Filter the source articles

fq restricts which articles an answer can cite. It takes the same filter syntax as every other Miso endpoint.

Set it on the conversation workflow, which posts the reader's questions. The filter then applies to every question in the panel, follow-ups included.

Filter values are matched exactly. Check yours against the rules for case and quoting.
