Products For You

With Miso, it's possible to show a list of products that have been curated for each and every user. These recommendations, which often appears on the homepage, will even update dynamically as the user clicks and interacts with the site in real time.

Example for Products For You

On an eCommerce site, one popular strategy to engage users right away is to show them a personalized feed of product recommendations on the homepage. These products should be tailored specifically to their interests, and after they go off and browse on the site or add something to their cart, ideally the homepage feed will refresh to show new products based on those interactions. These recommendations often appear in a ribbon alongside more merchandized content on the homepage, and may be called "Just for You," "Featured Products for You," etc.

With Miso you can easily build this ribbon by calling the User to Products API, which fetches the ranked products that are most likely to engage the user. Every time you call this API, you're getting the most up-to-date results based on the live interaction data that you stream to Miso.

To build a homepage that converts across many dimensions, we recommend reading about the Categories You May Like and Trending For You recipes. If you want to personalize other kinds of product recommendations, for example promoted products, see Personalized Product Rankings .
