Favorite a thread

​

Star or unstar a thread, so a reader can keep the conversations they want to come back to. Send the end state you want rather than a toggle, so a retry cannot turn the star back off. Pass favorite: true to /v1/ask/user_history/list to return only starred threads. Returns 404 when the thread does not exist or belongs to another reader, and 400 without user_id. Listing reads a replica, so a newly starred thread takes up to a minute or two to appear under the filter.
